Machine Coordinates
Overview
The machine coordinates function cancels all custom coordinate translations and rotations, restoring the coordinate system to the original machine coordinate system. It is useful when you need to return to the absolute coordinate reference.
Steps
Step 1: Click the Function Button
In the Measurement Bar, click the Machine Coordinates button.
Step 2: Restore the Original Coordinate System
The software will automatically cancel all custom coordinate translations and rotations, restoring the original machine coordinate system.
Notes
- After executing the machine coordinates operation, all custom coordinate system settings will be cleared
- The restored coordinate system is the original machine coordinate system defined at the factory
- To re-establish a workpiece coordinate system, use the relevant coordinate system functions again
