Export Word
Overview
Easson2D supports quickly exporting measurement results as Word documents, suitable for generating simple and intuitive measurement reports.
Click Send to Word in the navigation bar, and the software will generate a Word measurement report using the built-in default format.
Output Format
Unlike Excel export, Word reports use Easson2D's built-in fixed format, requiring no template selection, cell position configuration, or data arrangement adjustments. Word export is therefore simpler and suitable for scenarios where a standard measurement report needs to be generated quickly.
Supported Output Contents
Word reports support outputting:
- Measurement value
- Nominal value
- Upper tolerance
- Lower tolerance
The software organizes the selected report data into the Word document according to the default layout.
Basic Workflow
- Select the measurement data to output in advance
- Click Send to Word in the navigation bar
- Easson2D automatically generates a Word document using the default format
If you need custom report formatting, output positioning, or more data content, it is recommended to use Export Excel; if you only need to quickly generate a standard measurement report, you can directly use Word Export.
