Applicable Models

The program recording feature is only available for SP fully automatic series models.

Easson2D's program recording uses an automatic recording method, so users do not need to manually enter a recording mode or add program steps.

During normal measurement, the software automatically records the user's measurement operations and generates corresponding program steps in the actual operation sequence. The recorded content is displayed in the program list, allowing users to directly review the entire measurement workflow.

This approach allows users to establish a measurement program while completing a workpiece measurement, significantly reducing program editing work and making program creation more intuitive and efficient.

Basic Workflow

1. Complete the workpiece measurement in the normal way
2. Easson2D automatically records the measurement process and operation sequence
3. The generated measurement steps are automatically added to the program list
4. Users can review the recorded measurement workflow in the program list

Program recording integrates naturally with daily measurement operations. Users only need to complete one correct measurement workflow to quickly establish a program for subsequent repeated measurements.

Notes

• No need to manually enable recording mode; measurement itself is recording
• Steps are recorded in the actual execution sequence
• The recorded program can be directly used for subsequent repeated measurements
