Two-Circle Intersection
Overview
The two-circle intersection feature calculates the intersection points of two circles. After selecting two circle elements, the software automatically computes the intersection points and generates two corresponding point elements.
Steps
Step 1: Click the Function Button
In the Measurement Bar, click the Two-Circle Intersection button.
Step 2: Select Two Circles
In the Vision Area or Geometry Area, select two circle elements in sequence.
Step 3: Generate the Intersection Points
After selection, the software will automatically calculate the intersection points of the two circles and generate two corresponding point elements.
Notes
- Selection order is flexible — it does not matter which circle you select first
- If the two circles do not intersect, the intersection points cannot be calculated
- The two generated intersection points can be used in subsequent element construction and tolerance analysis
