Maximum Inscribed Circle
Overview
The maximum inscribed circle feature generates the largest circle that can be inscribed within three circle elements. After selecting three circles, the software automatically calculates and generates the maximum circle that fits inside all three.
Steps
Step 1: Click the Function Button
Click the Maximum Inscribed Circle function in the Combined Measurement menu.
Note
The maximum inscribed circle function is accessed from the Combined Measurement menu rather than the Measurement Bar or Edit menu.
Step 2: Select Three Circle Elements
In the Vision Area or Geometry Area, select three circle elements in sequence.
Step 3: Generate the Maximum Inscribed Circle
After selection, the software will automatically calculate and generate the maximum inscribed circle that fits within the three selected circles.
Notes
- Exactly three circle elements must be selected
- Selection order is flexible
- The generated maximum inscribed circle can be used in subsequent element construction and tolerance analysis
