Delete Single Tolerance

Overview

Delete Single Tolerance removes the tolerance settings from an element's attribute in the Data Area. By selecting the delete command from the right-click context menu and confirming, the tolerance settings will be cleared and the font color will return to the default. This is useful when tolerance evaluation is no longer needed.

Steps

Step 1: Select an Element

In the Data Area, select the element whose tolerance needs to be deleted.

Step 2: Right-Click the Attribute

Right-click the attribute in the Data Area grid whose tolerance needs to be deleted.

Step 3: Select the Delete Command

In the context menu, select Tolerance > Delete.

Step 4: Confirm Deletion

In the dialog that appears, click OK to delete the tolerance.

Notes

  • Only attributes that have been assigned a tolerance can be deleted
  • After deleting the tolerance, the attribute will no longer be evaluated against tolerance bounds
  • The font color of the attribute in the Data Area will return to the default color
