Horizontal Label

Overview

The horizontal label feature creates a horizontal dimension label in the Vision Area or Geometry Area, displaying the horizontal distance between two endpoints. Endpoints can be element feature points or any clicked positions.

Steps

Step 1: Click the Function Button

In the Measurement Bar, click the Horizontal Label button.

Step 2: Select Two Endpoints

In the Vision Area or Geometry Area, select the two endpoints for the horizontal label. Endpoints can be:

• Feature points of elements, such as circle centers or line endpoints
• Any clicked position

Step 3: Place the Label

Drag the label to a suitable position and left-click to create it.

Notes

• The horizontal label only displays the X-axis distance and is independent of the Y coordinates of the two endpoints
• The label can be dragged to a suitable position to avoid obscuring measurement graphics
• The created label can be included in subsequent report output
