The insert program feature is only available for SP fully automatic series models.
Insert Program allows you to add new program steps before a specified position in the program list. When you need to add measurement steps at a certain point in an existing program, you can simply insert new steps at the target position without re-recording the entire program.
Steps
Step 1: Select the Insertion Position
In the Program List, select the position before which you want to insert program steps.
Step 2: Right-Click Menu
Right-click and select Insert Before This Step.
Step 3: Record New Steps
Record the program in the normal manner.
Step 4: Complete the Insertion
The newly recorded program steps will be inserted at the specified position.
Notes
- New steps are inserted before the selected step without affecting the order of other steps
- The inserted new steps follow the normal program recording rules
- The program list is automatically updated after insertion
