Export PDF
Overview
Easson2D supports directly exporting measurement results as PDF documents, suitable for generating measurement reports that are easy to save, print, and send.
Click Send to PDF in the navigation bar, and the software will generate a PDF measurement report using the built-in default format.
Output Format
PDF export works in essentially the same way as Word export, using Easson2D's built-in fixed report format.
Users can quickly generate a standard PDF report without selecting templates, setting data positions, or adjusting report layouts.
Supported Output Contents
PDF reports support outputting:
- Measurement value
- Nominal value
- Upper tolerance
- Lower tolerance
The software organizes the selected report data into the PDF document according to the default layout.
Basic Workflow
- Select the measurement data to output in advance
- Click Send to PDF in the navigation bar
- Easson2D automatically generates a PDF document using the default format
PDF format is suitable for measurement reports that need to be saved, printed, or sent to customers directly; if custom report formatting and data arrangement are needed, it is recommended to use Export Excel.
